Release of Liability Agreement

I, the undersigned, as the parent or legal guardian of the child named below, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms in consideration of my child’s participation in activities at Kids Landing Playcare, LLC including but not limited to play areas, exhibits, interactive workshops, and events (collectively, the “Activities”):

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in the Activities at Kids Landing Playcare, LLC may involve physical activity and the risk of injury. I acknowledge that Kids Landing Playcare, LLC has taken appropriate measures to ensure safety, but there are inherent risks in engaging with various exhibits and play equipment. I assume all risks related to my child’s participation, whether known or unknown.

2. Release and Waiver: In exchange for my child being allowed to participate in the Activities, I hereby fully release, discharge, and hold harmless Kids Landing Playcare, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may arise in connection with my child’s participation in the Activities, even if caused by the negligence of Kids Landing Playcare, LLC.

3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold Kids Landing Playcare, LLC harmless from any claims, actions, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from any injury, damage, or loss sustained by my child while participating in the Activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Medical Emergency: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Kids Landing Playcare, LLC to seek emergency medical treatment for my child. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

5. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kids Landing Playcare, LLC operates.

By checking the box, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accept the terms of this Release of Liability Agreement, and I give my permission for my child to participate in the Activities at Kids Landing Playcare, LLC.
